Man and Evil

In preparing for my Sunday morning message on "The Christians View of Man" I found the following quote form Albert Einstein, not a believer by the way.
"The world is too dangerous to live in-
not because of people who do evil,
but because of people who sit and let it happen."
Albert Einstein (1879-1984)

Very interesting statement. Most don't leave comments but what do you think? Is he correct?
I have found others by various authors I'll be sharing in the next few days. Not "cheery" thoughts but they do make you think.

Isn't that kind of what allowed the Holocaust to become what it did? That may have been the time Einstein came up with this astute observation.

It's kindda like saying "guns don't kill people; people with guns kill people"......as Christians we are not to jsut sit back and watch all this mess happen.....we are called to be the difference and although Eistein was not a believer he has a point in this....

Very timely, in light of what is going on in our country today. Hopefully, we (Christians) won't be so caught up in our comfortable and busy lives that we sit by and do nothing.

This tells me that we (Christians) need to get out and spread the Word of God all around. The more people know the less evil they will do, hopefully.
